Senior Product Manager, Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product roadmap for comprehensive cloud video workflows, which encompass onboarding, live streaming, playback, video management, and search functionalities.

• Direct the strategic approach for Flock's cloud video platform along with third-party integrations, effectively balancing customer feature demands with infrastructure reliability and scalability.

• Collaborate across various teams including Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success to ensure the successful delivery of video products from initial concept to launch.

• Perform customer discovery to convert user insights, operational feedback, and market opportunities into prioritized product specifications.

• Set product benchmarks and platform metrics to assess video system performance and user engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically in developing SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems.

• Ability to spearhead technical product initiatives that involve customer-facing web applications and intricate backend systems.

• Proficient in cloud architecture, APIs, and scalable infrastructure to collaborate effectively with engineering on technical tradeoffs.

• Customer-centric discovery practices with a history of translating qualitative feedback and telemetry into well-defined product priorities.

• Familiarity with video streaming technologies, third-party platform integrations, or enterprise software ecosystems is advantageous.
