Senior Product Manager – Value-Based Care, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Medisolv’s data ecosystem and CMS measure logic (HEDIS, Pharmacy, CAHPS/HOS).

• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and clinical stakeholders to establish priorities and identify high-impact use cases.

• Design and prototype AI agents aimed at identifying care gaps and predicting risks associated with Star Ratings.

• Implement production-ready AI agents that link insights directly to actions aimed at closing gaps.

• Enhance AI performance through feedback loops and broaden the scope to include more advanced use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management focused on health plan data and VBC provider quality metrics.

• Familiarity with risk adjustment, utilization management, and the operations of risk-bearing entities.

• In-depth knowledge of CMS methodologies for calculating MA Star Ratings.

• Practical experience with claims, eligibility, and enrollment datasets.

• Understanding of GenAI architectures, RAG, and associated frameworks.

• Awareness of HIPAA/HITRUST compliance standards.
