Senior Product Manager – Trading Growth, Web3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution and strategy for innovative consumer trading products.

• Take ownership of the entire delivery process, from gathering requirements and specifications to launch, post-launch analysis, and ongoing optimization.

• Create community- and creator-focused experiences that enhance opportunity discovery and inform trading decisions.

• Design and expand referral, invitation, rewards, and partner incentive growth programs, including aspects such as attribution, reward logic, settlement, and abuse prevention.

• Investigate and develop tokenized real-world asset products for on-chain trading.

• Leverage Web3 fundamentals, DEX mechanics, and market data to inform product decisions.

• Establish success metrics, implement tracking methods, and conduct experiments to enhance activation, retention, and trading volume.

• Observe on-chain trends and developments in consumer crypto to pinpoint product enhancements and opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and security teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in consumer crypto trading products (wallets, DEX/aggregators, or trading applications).

• More than 5 years of experience as a product manager.

• Extensive knowledge of social and copy-trading applications as well as on-chain discovery tools.

• Strong understanding of DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data, and dynamics related to memecoins and launchpads.

• Demonstrated ability in product execution, clear PRD writing, and managing multiple workstreams.

• Robust skills in growth and data analysis, including metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficients, LTV/CAC, and experiment design.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country of residence.

• Experience with referral, affiliate, or rebate programs is preferred.

• Experience in the creator/KOL ecosystem or community operations is a plus.
