Senior Product Manager, Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, keeping strategic priorities in focus.

• Outline features, draft product specifications, facilitate user research, refine based on feedback, assist in creating test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of products/features.

• Engage with customers to foster empathy, ensuring their needs are addressed.

• Appropriately prioritize initiatives and projects while evaluating necessary trade-offs.

• Conduct market research and analysis.

• Represent the team in communications with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee specific features within a product line.

• Proven experience in shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with initiative and a track record of producing results.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Preferred domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification.

• Bring a sense of humility to your work and interactions with others.

• AI-native workflow: Proven experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent) while employing human-in-the-loop practices — mandatory, not optional.
