Senior Product Manager, Tradfi Options

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for options and derivatives trading products, from conception to launch and ongoing refinement.

• Propel product improvements for options and associated derivative instruments on the platform.

• Formulate and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision and adapt to changing market dynamics.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing.

• Evaluate market data, user insights, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities and enhance product performance.

• Establish precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in options or trading products, possessing a strong grasp of trading products and user trading requirements; in-depth knowledge of the options business is a significant advantage.

• Background in the design of traditional stock options trading products or practical experience in options trading is beneficial.

• Demonstrated success in independently managing a product from requirements and research through to full launch — adept at planning, driving iterations, and scaling a product.

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, ideally in trading, derivatives, or fintech.

• Solid understanding of trading products and financial markets; familiarity with options and derivatives is highly sought after.
