This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Create an annual product marketing strategy and implement it to effectively promote Edwards products to various stakeholders, including internal teams, clinicians, and hospital administrators.
• Formulate detailed marketing plans that incorporate strategies and tactics for significant product launches.
• Oversee the execution of product launches in collaboration with regional partners, ensuring stakeholder readiness through training on the product, messaging, and competition.
• Establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to inform product communication and gain insights into the current market environment and competition.
• Develop marketing campaigns and messaging based on regional strategies, current literature, competitive landscape, and regulatory/legal requirements.
• Create product materials and programs that support strategies for product differentiation and commercialization.
• Lead significant projects aimed at enhancing Edwards' presence at congresses.
• Manage the marketing collateral/labeling process through all necessary legal and regulatory approval stages by collaborating with relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
• Craft the clinical narrative that underpins the regional value proposition for Edwards' products.
• Supervise budgets associated with product lines, campaigns, and projects.
• Analyze clinical and market data to evaluate the regional impact of activities.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7 years of required work experience, or a Master's Degree with 5 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry.
• Proven successful project management skills.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management with the ability to achieve objectives.
• Extensive knowledge of one's area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
• In-depth knowledge of broad market research designs, developing market research programs in coordination with the global VOC manager, demonstrating a strong grasp of the commercial goals behind the research.
• Ability to forecast product lines for both short-term and long-term accuracy, considering market developments, sales trends, competition, and evolving market dynamics.
• Capability to assess and understand market share, pricing, ASPs, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in the clinical areas where Edwards' products are utilized or intended for use, along with an understanding of the purchasing process and challenges related to product adoption in complex healthcare networks.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization and escalate issues to appropriate management levels when necessary.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to represent leadership in sections of projects within a specific area, working closely with cross-functional teams, marketing peers, and leaders while managing needs and messaging to upper management.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with the regional sales team, clinical specialists, governmental affairs, clinical economics, and training to ensure effective integration of efforts.
