Senior Product Manager, Spot Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Strategize and initiate listing campaign products, including referral incentives and promotional events, to draw in new users and enhance retention and trading activities.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of crypto spot trading regulations and user behaviors, and suggest impactful growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and trading volumes.

• Proactively identify business challenges and opportunities within listing campaigns and spot trading growth, driving solutions from conception to implementation.

• Collaborate closely with teams in marketing, sales, engineering, risk management, legal, and operations to ensure seamless and compliant product launches.

• Establish and track key metrics for listing campaigns, assess performance, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and continually enhance product outcomes based on data and user insights.

• Perform market and competitor analysis to remain informed about industry trends, user demands, and product innovations, translating insights into actionable product initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or project management, ideally within the crypto, trading, fintech, or other dynamic internet sectors.

• Strong self-motivation and a sense of ownership, with the capability to take complete responsibility for projects and advance them independently.

• Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to independently recognize issues, articulate problems clearly, and drive solutions to completion.

• Highly accountable, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with a robust sense of responsibility for both processes and outcomes.

• Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to comprehend user behavior, identify growth prospects, and translate insights into practical product strategies.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of aligning stakeholders and working effectively across teams such as engineering, listing, trading, marketing, risk, and legal.

• Solid project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities, maintain momentum, and deliver high-quality results punctually.

• Profound interest in and knowledge of the crypto industry, particularly spot trading products, market dynamics, and user behavior.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders.
