Senior Product Manager – Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for investment by clearly articulating the problems, their impact on the business, and the required level of investment. Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create an optimal roadmap for the business.

• Facilitate and propel action throughout the entire product development lifecycle: recognizing a problem, working with others to devise the simplest possible solution, documenting requirements, and providing clarity and context for the engineering team, leading to a successful product launch.

• Empower your team to act swiftly and iterate rapidly. Ensure that the engineering and design teams you collaborate with have the necessary context to make quick project decisions. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and healthy debate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, closely collaborating with engineering and design teams while managing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience working with platform teams in complex regulatory settings.

• Technical proficiency. You can comprehend how a feature is constructed in the codebase with the assistance of AI. You possess enough knowledge to challenge the scope with credible arguments. While you may not code daily, you know enough to be effective.

• AI-savvy. You have significantly transformed your work processes through AI, not merely using it to accelerate tasks but rethinking what is achievable. This influences how you build, scope, and consider your own productivity.

• Proactive. You don’t wait for instructions; you identify problems, form opinions, and take initiative. However, you also recognize when to consult before diving deep. You have a keen sense of when to advance and when to raise an issue.
