Senior Product Manager, Salesforce Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Outline and steer the multi-year product strategy across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.

• Spot whitespace opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem for Flosum to establish new categories or seize market share from competitors.

• Convert extensive Salesforce platform expertise (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product features that enterprise clients will pay premium prices for.

• Anticipate Salesforce's product roadmap (which includes three releases annually) and position Flosum to take advantage of every platform evolution.

• Spearhead the next generation of AI-driven DevOps capabilities powered by Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-enhanced code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.

• Define how Flosum's extensibility platform allows customers to create custom AI-driven workflows while remaining within Salesforce's trust boundary.

• Lead the charge in agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.

• Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain profound insights into their challenges regarding Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.

• Transform intricate enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into sophisticated product solutions.

• Work in tandem with Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, conduct product presentations for key accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.

• Draft comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You take initiative in the work rather than merely delegating tasks.

• Collaborate with engineering to meet ambitious timelines. Take ownership of sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.

• Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years concentrated on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.

• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.

• Demonstrated success in delivering products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and invested in. Not just features; entire products.

• Strong preference for experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.

• Familiarity with the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You understand their strengths and weaknesses.

• Insightful perspective on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.

• Hands-on doer. You write PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not operate from a distance.

• Outstanding communication abilities. You can articulate a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.

• Intellectual curiosity coupled with a proactive approach. When you encounter a problem, you seek solutions. When faced with unfamiliar territory, you pursue knowledge.
