This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Define and lead the long-term product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify untapped opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can establish new categories or gain market share from competitors.
• Transform extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product features that enterprise clients are willing to pay premium prices for.
• Anticipate Salesforce's product direction (three releases annually) and position Flosum to take advantage of every platform evolution.
• Spearhead the next generation of AI-powered DevOps functionalities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code reviews, automated security checks, and predictive release management.
• Define how Flosum's extensibility platform allows customers to develop custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's secure environment.
• Innovate agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Directly engage with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to thoroughly understand their challenges related to Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Convert complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into seamless product solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategies, conduct product demonstrations for key accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.
• Draft comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You actively participate in the work, rather than just delegating it.
• Work closely with engineering to meet stringent timelines. Take ownership of sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including a minimum of 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated industries) have adopted and purchased. Not merely features; entire products.
• Strongly preferred experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. Understanding each competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
• Insightful perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
• Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
• Outstanding communication skills. You can articulate a product vision to a C-suite audience while also drafting a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset. When faced with a problem, you address it. If you're unfamiliar with something, you take the initiative to learn.
• Experience in developing products within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or in a Salesforce-native product company.
• Background working at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated sectors.
• Experience leading product-led growth initiatives in an enterprise context, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion strategies.
• A clear vision of the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and the ability to articulate a three-year outlook on how autonomous agents will transform enterprise development on Salesforce.
• Proven experience competing against well-funded rivals and succeeding through product excellence rather than solely relying on marketing expenditures.
