This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Establish and lead the multi-year product strategy for Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Discover whitespace opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can innovate new categories or gain market share from competitors.
• Convert in-depth Salesforce platform expertise (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product features that enterprise clients will value highly.
• Anticipate Salesforce's product trajectory (three releases annually) and strategically position Flosum to leverage every platform evolution.
• Spearhead the development of the next generation of AI-enhanced DevOps functionalities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code assessments, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Define how Flosum's extensibility platform allows customers to create custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust framework.
• Lead the charge in agent-aware governance: setting up Salesforce governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their challenges related to Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Simplify intricate enterprise demands (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated sectors) into streamlined product solutions.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams to shape deal strategies, conduct product demonstrations for key accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.
• Craft comprehensive product requirements, user narratives, and acceptance criteria. You engage in the work, rather than just delegate.
• Collaborate with engineering to meet ambitious timelines. Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• A minimum of 7 years in product management within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security frameworks, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated sectors) have embraced and financially supported. Focus on products, not just features.
• Strong preference for experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.
• A clear understanding of the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. Awareness of each competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
• A solid perspective on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance arena.
• A hands-on approach. You produce PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from afar.
• Outstanding communication capabilities. You can articulate a product vision to C-suite executives and draft a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.
• A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset. When you encounter a problem, you address it. When you lack knowledge, you seek it out.
• A category-defining opportunity: You will influence the future of enterprise development on Salesforce. This is not just incremental change; it’s transformational.
• Close collaboration with the CEO: You will work closely with a founder who is deeply technical, product-focused, and dedicated to creating the premier platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Access to a Fortune 100 clientele: Your product decisions will significantly affect how the world’s largest and most complex organizations function.
• An AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are changing the game. Flosum is the first native platform to incorporate these capabilities, and you will help define the future.
• A culture of mission-driven individuals: We seek team members who aspire to make a significant impact rather than merely enhance a resume. If you want a workplace where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued, this is the place for you.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
• Direct participation in Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer engagements.
