This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and steer the long-term product strategy across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify market opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can innovate or gain market share from competitors.
• Leverage extensive Salesforce platform expertise (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) to create product features that enterprise clients will value at premium rates.
• Anticipate Salesforce's product evolution (three releases annually) and position Flosum to take advantage of every platform transition.
• Spearhead the next generation of AI-enhanced DevOps capabilities based on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-assisted code reviews, automated security checks, and predictive release management.
• Define how Flosum's extensibility platform allows customers to create custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust framework.
• Lead the development of agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance models for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their challenges surrounding Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Simplify complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated sectors) into effective product solutions.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, perform product demonstrations for key accounts, and secure competitive evaluations.
• Compose comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You engage in the work, not just delegate.
• Collaborate with engineering to meet tight deadlines. Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Proven success in launching products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and invested in. Not just features; complete products.
• Strong preference for experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. Understanding their strengths and weaknesses is essential.
• Insightful perspective on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
• Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, communicate with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
• Outstanding communication abilities. You can relay a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team within the same day.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset. When you encounter a problem, you seek solutions. When you lack knowledge, you pursue learning opportunities.
• Category-defining opportunity: You will influence the future of enterprise development on Salesforce. This role is not about incremental change; it is about transformation.
