This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Develop and steer the multi-year product strategy across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Spot opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can establish new categories or gain market share from competitors.
• Convert extensive Salesforce platform expertise (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product features that enterprise customers are willing to pay premium prices for.
• Spearhead the next generation of AI-driven DevOps features built on Agentforce, including smart deployment agents, AI-enhanced code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their challenges related to Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Draft comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You take ownership of the work, rather than just assigning it.
• Work in partnership with engineering to meet tight deadlines. Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years concentrating on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in launching products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) have adopted and paid for. Not just features; full products.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You are aware of their strengths and weaknesses.
• Strong viewpoint on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
• Practical executor. You create PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from afar.
• Excellent communication skills. You can articulate a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team within the same day.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach. When faced with a challenge, you seek solutions. When you encounter unknowns, you actively seek knowledge.
• Experience in developing products within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or in a Salesforce-native product organization.
• Background in the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated sectors.
• Experience leading product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
• A strong perspective on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and the ability to articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will transform enterprise development on Salesforce.
• Proven experience competing directly against well-funded rivals and succeeding through product excellence rather than relying solely on marketing budgets.
