Senior Product Manager, Sales & Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product roadmaps aimed at enhancing the core experience for our Sales and Service teams, ensuring that our solutions are innovative and leading-edge.

• Start with the desired outcome for both internal and external customers to outline product and design specifications.

• Take charge of creating comprehensive product requirements documents and collaborate with engineering and design teams to execute the roadmap successfully.

• Interact with customers, partners, and industry specialists to gather insights and convert them into product features that improve the customer experience.

• Promote agile and lean product development practices to speed up time to market while adopting a cost-effective approach to resource management.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous enhancement, motivating the team to iterate quickly and learn from feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in software product management or a related technical position.

• More than 7 years of experience in developing and launching technical products.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying technical and business concepts to varied audiences.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale technical products, including a history of establishing a vision, defining a strategy, and creating programs and features from the ground up.

• Familiarity with mobile app development for Android or iOS platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for innovation in the electric vehicle sector.

• Experience in crafting and executing highly successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for B2C solutions.

• Proficiency with Salesforce Service and Marketing Clouds.
