Senior Product Manager, Rx eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete digital prescription process, from capturing prescriptions and scanning health insurance cards to managing checkout and order confirmation.

• Lead product strategy and experimentation through the use of customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing.

• Enhance conversion rates, boost customer satisfaction, and foster sustainable business growth.

• Discover opportunities to leverage AI, personalization, and intelligent recommendations.

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial, and Data teams.

• Provide scalable, compliant, and customer-focused product solutions.

• Establish measurable product outcomes and maintain a roadmap that prioritizes conversion, Rx order growth, and customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of Product Management experience in delivering customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer technology sectors.

• Demonstrated commercial impact.

• Experience in navigating complex, regulated environments.

• Strong background in product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making.

• Hands-on experience with AI product development tools like ChatGPT, Codex, or similar technologies.

• Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is a plus.
