
Senior Product Manager β Retail Media Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Take charge of and enhance our Sponsored Products ecosystem, focusing on auction mechanics, bidding strategies, and relevance models to consistently boost performance and ad quality.
β’ Lead the creation of retail media data products, including first-party audience segments, attribution models, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with the Data & AI teams.
β’ Design the advertiser self-service platform, facilitating effortless campaign creation, optimization, and reporting for both marketplace sellers and programmatic buyers.
β’ Develop and expand experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing, incrementality testing, and platform intelligence to foster continuous learning and revenue growth.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Media, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and maximizes commercial impact.
β’ Over 7 years of product management experience with significant exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, or e-commerce monetization.
β’ Profound knowledge of auction dynamics, advertiser ROI, and data-driven product design.
β’ Experience managing data products from inception to completion.
β’ Technically adept, able to discuss data pipelines, model design, and experimentation frameworks with engineers and data scientists.
β’ Structured, independent, and highly analytical approach, navigating complex stakeholder environments and identifying dependencies across teams.
