Senior Product Manager – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a clearly defined, prioritized product backlog that aligns with business objectives.

• Collaborate extensively with Data Science and AI Engineering teams to identify Generative AI use cases, validate models, assess analytical outputs, and ensure mathematical integrity.

• Oversee the product roadmap for intricate business modules (such as audience targeting, personalization, forecasting, or promotion planning), ensuring consistency with enterprise revenue and category management objectives.

• Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed teams across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.

• Work alongside UX to create intuitive workflows, conversational AI interfaces, and decision-support tools.

• Assist commercial and customer-facing teams by converting complex technical and AI capabilities into practical, clear business value.

• Track product adoption, customer feedback, model performance, and operational metrics to continuously enhance product effectiveness and AI precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in developing data-driven, analytical, AI, or large-scale B2B SaaS products.

• Direct experience in at least one of the following highly relevant fields:

• - Retail Media Networks, FMCG, or Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

• - Loyalty Platforms and Customer Engagement systems.

• - AdTech, MarTech, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

• - Pricing, Revenue Management, or B2B Supply Chain software.

• Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI principles in a production context. Must be knowledgeable about LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, prompt-driven interfaces, and designing “human-in-the-loop” safeguards to prevent AI hallucinations.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capability to interpret intricate models, data algorithms, and predictive outputs.

• Strong history of relationship-building, managing ambiguity, and advising senior-level enterprise stakeholders.

• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with distributed, global teams.

• Competence in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
