Senior Product Manager, Reap Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete payments product model for Reap Direct: Outline how businesses initiate, monitor, manage, and reconcile payments across domestic, cross-border, fiat, and stablecoin-enabled transactions.

• Manage both the customer-facing experience and the foundational product logic that ensures reliable and comprehensible money movement.

• Transform infrastructure into resilient payment products: Collaborate closely with Reap Connect and engineering teams to convert payment rails, partner capabilities, ledger events, APIs, and webhooks into clear workflows, scalable abstractions, and high-quality user experiences.

• Promote operational excellence and simplify complexity for global businesses: Design payment experiences and internal workflows that make cross-border money movement feel straightforward, reliable, and transparent for customers, while equipping internal teams with the tools and controls necessary for efficient large-scale operations.

• Elevate payment quality and completeness: Spot gaps throughout the payments lifecycle, from initiation to settlement and support resolution, and spearhead enhancements in reliability, transparency, controls, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with substantial hands-on responsibility in payments, treasury, or other transaction-intensive B2B financial products.

• Profound understanding of payment lifecycles, encompassing initiation, routing, execution, settlement, refunds or reversals, and reconciliation.

• Strong capacity to convert complex backend capabilities into elegant, user-friendly experiences without compromising the underlying operational and technical integrity.

• Comfortable working with API-driven, event-driven, or ledger-based systems, and adept at transforming technical constraints into impactful product decisions.

• Able to logically reason about asynchronous flows, failure management, retries, operational exceptions, and user trust in money movement products.

• Demonstrated history of managing a product domain end-to-end, from strategy and discovery to delivery, iteration, and operational follow-through.

• Experience collaborating across functions with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and finance in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing order where none exists.

• Data-driven decision-maker who can pinpoint the right KPIs and leverage them to influence prioritization and outcomes.
