This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate product strategies and roadmaps that effectively balance publisher economics, customer requirements, commercial objectives, and technical viability.
• Work alongside the partnerships team to discover opportunities for integrating advertising into healthcare technology platforms and convert emerging ideas into scalable products.
• Specify unique media products, inventory packaging, monetization frameworks, and agency purchasing workflows.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in publisher technology, programmatic advertising, healthcare media, and new advertising channels.
• Oversee products throughout their entire lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Create comprehensive product requirements, user stories, workflow documentation, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Data Science, and Architecture teams to develop scalable advertising and media technology solutions.
• Assess technical trade-offs, implementation risks, and product dependencies while managing testing and product releases.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, utilizing analytics and customer feedback to prioritize enhancements and evaluate business impact.
• Design features that enhance inventory yield, fill rate, revenue performance, inventory utilization, and marketplace efficiency.
• Create strategies for inventory packaging, supply optimization, pricing controls, forecasting, and demand prioritization.
• Balance commitments to direct sales with programmatic monetization prospects to maximize revenue and inventory worth.
• Examine marketplace performance to pinpoint opportunities for enhanced monetization, buyer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Specify product requirements that facilitate DSP, SSP, ad server, exchange, measurement, identity, and verification platform integrations.
• Design workflows that allow non-programmatic media to engage in programmatic buying while supporting existing publisher operations.
• Establish requirements for tagging, APIs, data integrations, campaign measurement, and ad-serving technologies.
• Collaborate with technical, security, privacy, and compliance teams to deliver scalable and secure media technology solutions.
• Act as the product lead across Partnerships, Sales, Engineering, AI, Data, Operations, and Client Success for assigned products.
• Collaborate with EHR platforms and external technology partners to outline integrations, implementation strategies, and launch criteria.
• Communicate product priorities, technical decisions, risks, and roadmap updates across both technical and business stakeholders.
• Foster alignment among cross-functional teams through exceptional product leadership, thorough documentation, and disciplined execution.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management or advertising technology, delivering complex media, platform, or ad technology products.
• Background in a publisher, media owner, SSP, or advertising technology firm, focusing on digital display, CTV, digital video, OOH/DOOH, or other publisher-side advertising products.
• Deep understanding of publisher monetization, agency buying workflows, inventory management, yield optimization, programmatic advertising, ad serving, and marketplace performance.
• Proven experience in defining technical product requirements and executing API integrations, tagging solutions, advertising technology, or other complex platform capabilities in collaboration with Engineering.
• Experience in developing healthcare, EHR, point-of-care, or other regulated advertising technology products.
• Familiarity with both direct-sales and programmatic monetization models, including emerging AI-driven advertising capabilities.
