Senior Product Manager – Provider Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Assist therapists in achieving success, enabling them to maintain a thriving practice and provide exceptional care to their patients.

• Spearhead projects aimed at automating daily administrative tasks through the use of AI, such as clinical note preparation, client scheduling, and documentation.

• Create real-time clinical guidance tools to be utilized during therapy sessions.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Product (Provider) while collaborating across design, engineering, and clinical teams.

• Make a tangible impact by reclaiming hours in therapists' weeks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven success in building and scaling SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operational platforms, with a demonstrable history of enhancing user retention, workflow efficiency, or task automation.

• Established capability to simplify intricate, multi-step processes and transform them into user-friendly, high-efficiency product experiences.

• Excellent communication and alignment skills with a diverse range of stakeholders and technical teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable leveraging data, experimentation, and qualitative insights for decision-making.

• Experience in developing products for time-sensitive professional users, with a keen understanding of their motivations, limitations, and daily workflows.

• Background in creating products that utilize AI/ML and automation to enhance workflows or minimize repetitive tasks.

• Familiarity with navigating compliance, clinical software, billing, or other complex operational areas.
