Senior Product Manager, Product Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead customer discovery initiatives to grasp integration patterns and uncover product opportunities.

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, articulating trade-offs with clarity.

• Establish and monitor product adoption and success metrics.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to enhance user stories and validate deliverables.

• Manage the expectations of various departments (sales, Customer Success, consulting) regarding product scope, positioning, and maturity.

• Communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in go-to-market activities alongside sales and Customer Success, qualifying opportunities and developing the product value narrative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or a related role focused on specification and prioritization.

• Knowledge of system integration, including connectivity patterns (REST, events, queues), iPaaS concepts, and enterprise middleware.

• Skill in organizing and prioritizing a backlog with a clear assessment of impact and trade-off analysis.

• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Ability to make independent decisions and defend them, effectively communicating trade-offs and risks involved.

• Experience working with enterprise clients in integration, automation, or API management contexts is preferred.

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, expansion) and the capability to link product decisions to business outcomes is preferred.

• Experience in field discovery, including conducting interviews, identifying usage patterns, and differentiating genuine issues from suggested solutions is preferred.
