Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for Platform & Integrations, which includes our public API and the third-party integration ecosystem utilized by other Super Dispatch product teams (Carrier, Shipper, and Broker experiences).

• Manage and enhance our Public API Update and Change Management Policy, ensuring that changes are well defined, communicated effectively to customers and partners, and implemented with minimal disruption.

• Partner with external collaborators and integration providers to recognize, prioritize, and develop new connections within the Super Dispatch platform.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to articulate, document, and execute a vision and roadmap for the platform, working in conjunction with other Product group leads who rely on it.

• Define and track metrics related to platform and integration health, adoption, and API usage.

• Oversee the design system and overall UX information architecture across all Super Dispatch products, working with the Design Council to maintain consistency in patterns, components, and cross-team experiences as the platform evolves.

• Work directly with the architecture leads of the Design Council to establish direction for the design system, addressing trade-offs between platform-level consistency and individual team requirements.

• Advocate for the design system and Information Architecture during roadmap planning, ensuring investments in shared UX foundations align with the needs of teams utilizing Platform & Integrations.

• Regularly communicate your progress on roadmap items, insights, plans, and identified issues, including direct updates to executive leadership.

• Collaborate with Support and Marketing on external communications regarding API changes and integration launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a background in developing and scaling public APIs, developer platforms, or partner and integration ecosystems.

• Strong technical proficiency, capable of engaging credibly with engineers on API design and architectural trade-offs.

• Comfortable establishing a new, evolving team and contributing to the shaping of processes and scopes as engineering resources are allocated.

• Experience in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across remote and distributed teams across various time zones, including the US, Europe, and Central Asia, and to engage directly with executive leadership.

• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, adjusting swiftly to changing priorities, multitasking efficiently, and delivering results with limited resources.

• Analytical problem solver with the capability to structure and process data, navigate new challenges, and derive actionable insights for addressing complex issues.

• A collaborative and open-minded team player, adept at cross-functional teamwork, building positive relationships, and effectively giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Bonus points if you possess experience in transportation/logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products.

• Systematic thinker with a strong ability to balance overarching strategic vision with detailed execution and delivery.
