Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third-party systems through automation and intelligent workflows.

• Set up data modeling, governance, and trust standards to guarantee source attribution, permissions, auditability, and usability of downstream data.

• Design user-friendly search, mapping, and investigative product experiences that enable officers, analysts, and command staff to transition from inquiries to actions more swiftly.

• Lead cross-functional platform initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and external partners to provide scalable integration capabilities.

• Enhance onboarding and data ingestion pipelines to decrease customer setup friction and remove manual data validation bottlenecks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in product management focused on technical platforms, data ingestion, API infrastructure, or integration products.

• Extensive technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and the trade-offs of distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with large-scale, multi-source data systems that require normalization, auditability, and intricate permission models.

• Ability to convert complex technical capabilities into straightforward, intuitive workflows for operational users, analysts, and administrators.

• Familiarity with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS context, or law enforcement record systems is advantageous.
