Senior Product Manager – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the development of native integrations, robust APIs, and a platform that is friendly to Agents.

• Identify high-impact integration and ecosystem opportunities by evaluating developer needs, Agent behaviors, partner platforms, and competitive landscapes.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define APIs, SDKs, authentication methods, and extensibility features that are scalable and user-friendly.

• Develop a product-led partnership strategy that transforms integrations into a consistent demand and revenue stream.

• Lead the development of new integrations, marketplaces, and communities from inception to early-scale experiments, measuring adoption, activation, and revenue outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to launch, position, and expand integrations, driving adoption within developer communities.

• Synthesize insights and present clear recommendations to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a scale or growth-stage organization, preferably with a focus on developer, platform, or ecosystem products.

• Strong technical product judgment; comfortable engaging with AI platforms, APIs, MCPs, integrations, LLM tools, and workflows for both developers and agents.

• A history of successfully launching new platforms and iterating based on actual usage and data feedback.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity while creating systems that can scale effectively.

• Data-driven approach coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience in a startup or high-growth scale-up environment.

• Knowledge of coding or SQL — you are not required to write code, but you should be able to read it and derive your own insights from data.

• Familiarity with the messaging, CPaaS, or WhatsApp ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
