Senior Product Manager – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for identity risk and posture, determining the implications of scores for customer actions.

• Manage scoring comprehensively, including the model, weighting, signal tracing, and customer tuning controls.

• Determine which third-party signals contribute to scores, such as Okta and Entra signals.

• Provide direction for posture and detection surfaces, encompassing checks, findings, cases, and reporting.

• Deliver actionable findings on posture, detailing observations, timing, and affected resources.

• Uphold security and privacy standards for customer identity data, ensuring tenant isolation, score-trace access control, and watch-before-enforce measures.

• Collaborate with customers, design partners, and field teams to identify risks and validate requirements.

• Familiarize yourself with product-team roadmaps and design services that minimize the need for custom integrations.

• Report on adoption metrics for risk and posture, and advocate for API-first integration.

• Monitor advancements in identity security posture management, shared signals, and AI agent identity standards, integrating them into the roadmap.

• Work closely with data science, revenue operations, engineering teams, and field personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.

• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).

• Familiarity with contemporary AI/ML concepts, including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP, and A2A.

• Proficient in model fine-tuning and training.

• Capable of discussing technical trade-offs with engineering teams and ensuring product requirements align with best practices in agent-enabled systems.

• Proven experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and implement scalable solutions.

• Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices pertinent to enterprise software and AI products.

• Established track record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products throughout the complete product lifecycle.

• Experience in supporting or expanding open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical capabilities as business value.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

• Experience with PAM/IGA governance initiatives is preferred.

• Engagement with open-source or technical user communities is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
