
Senior Product Manager – Phone Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with product leadership to establish and implement the roadmap for HighLevel’s CPaaS, Billing, and Phone Platform products.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable product plans, milestones, and measurable results.
• Join the team responsible for comprehensive product development from discovery and validation to launch and post-release optimization.
• Manage roadmap grooming, prioritization, backlog oversight, and sprint planning activities across various initiatives.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to provide scalable, high-quality platform functionalities.
• Contribute to the advancement of HighLevel’s communications infrastructure, including messaging, voice, number management, routing, and usage tracking.
• Define and enhance billing workflows, usage metering, reconciliation processes, and customer-facing billing experiences.
• Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure billing accuracy, visibility into margins, and operational efficiency.
• Support projects related to provider management, routing optimization, cost reduction, and service reliability.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies for communication products and platform services.
• Analyze usage patterns, customer segments, margins, and competitive positioning to recommend pricing enhancements.
• Partner with Finance and Leadership to assess monetization opportunities and business cases for new products and features.
• Establish success metrics and monitor revenue, adoption, retention, and profitability performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to formulate and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee launch planning, product positioning inputs, packaging recommendations, and rollout strategies.
• Create and sustain product documentation, launch materials, and internal enablement resources.
• Evaluate launch performance and drive ongoing improvements based on customer feedback and business outcomes.
• Utilize customer feedback, usage analytics, experimentation, and market research to guide product decisions.
• Define and monitor key KPIs related to adoption, engagement, revenue, billing accuracy, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Examine product performance, operational challenges, and growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Conduct customer interviews and collaborate with stakeholders to identify unmet needs and validate solutions.
• Foster alignment on priorities, dependencies, timelines, and business objectives.
• Assist in establishing best practices for product management, planning, execution, and operational excellence.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management within SaaS, platform, fintech, telecom, CPaaS, or related technology sectors.
• Proven success in launching and scaling customer-facing and platform products from inception to market.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional delivery processes.
• Strong grasp of product discovery, customer research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams for successful product launches.
• Demonstrated experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or usage-based business models.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical limitations, and business goals when making product decisions.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience using SQL, BI tools, dashboards, or product analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.
