This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the platform’s fundamental surfaces from start to finish, including onboarding, permissions, preferences, homepage, notifications, audit trail, and reporting, overseeing everything from strategy to iteration.
• Advocate for the comprehensive user experience by mapping actual user flows and journeys, creating intuitive and cohesive interactions across all surfaces.
• Approach design with a systems mindset to create primitives and patterns that integrate seamlessly across products, anticipating secondary effects and focusing on long-term foundations.
• Transform complex, unclear horizontal challenges into well-defined, elegant requirements leading to delivered software.
• Set direction using data by establishing clear success metrics and utilizing analytics to inform future iterations.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI prototyping tools to test ideas and quickly develop proofs-of-concept before allocating engineering resources.
• Ensure seamless collaboration among engineering, design, data, and GTM functions to deliver cohesive products.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience, demonstrating a successful history of launching and refining user-facing platform or growth products within a B2B SaaS context.
• Extensive platform knowledge, particularly in managing interconnected experiences such as onboarding/activation, lifecycle notifications, permissions, or relevance engines.
• A design-thinking mindset - you inherently empathize with users, conceptualize flows and journeys, and prioritize the quality of the complete experience rather than just individual features.
• Outstanding systems thinking, possessing a natural ability to consider dependencies, edge cases, data models, and architectural constraints in collaboration with engineers.
• An AI-native workflow, at ease with leveraging modern AI tools to swiftly convert product ideas into functional proofs-of-concept.
• A metrics-driven approach, employing customer interviews and product analytics to confirm success and make swift, informed decisions.
• High emotional intelligence and comfort with uncertainty, combining strong communication abilities with the determination and judgment needed to drive progress amid imperfect information.
• A strong alignment with our mission and a genuine enthusiasm for simplifying complexity to enhance healthcare outcomes.
