This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Define and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Essentials range.
• Identify, assess, and onboard qualified Asian suppliers that align with the company's product strategy and cost objectives.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on their business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Create business cases and conduct ROI analyses for new product investments.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Business teams worldwide to ensure successful execution.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of products within the defined scope while meeting quality standards.
• Collect customer feedback through interviews, workshops, and product usage analytics.
• Perform competitive analysis and conduct market benchmarking.
• Keep track of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Communicate updates on roadmap progress, risks, and priorities to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze product performance utilizing data and analytics tools.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and operational insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of product development and tender processes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
• Experience in stakeholder and customer management.
• Proficiency in contract review and risk assessment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to review technical designs and engage in solution discussions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in effectively communicating with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
