Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the future development of the ERP platform, encompassing product vision, strategic priorities, and long-term growth.

• Evaluate opportunities to enhance the existing ERP platform by considering options for rebuilding versus upgrading, as well as identifying where AI-driven capabilities can enhance workflows, efficiency, and customer value.

• Develop and maintain a roadmap that is rooted in customer needs and business impact.

• Make informed decisions regarding what features should be created, improved, postponed, or eliminated.

• Serve as the main product liaison for customers, facilitating discussions to identify needs, pain points, and future requirements.

• Conduct customer interviews and collect feedback from users and internal stakeholders.

• Convert customer insights into clear product specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering to design an intuitive product experience.

• Set priorities and deliver precise guidance to the engineering team.

• Oversee projects from initial discovery and planning phases through to launch.

• Maintain a focus on deadlines, customer value, and measurable results throughout the delivery process.

• Address questions and obstacles while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Guarantee that product modifications are implemented smoothly without affecting current customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in product management.

• Proven track record in building, rebuilding, or significantly transforming a software product, rather than merely maintaining an established one.

• Experience in managing a product from customer discovery all the way through to delivery and launch.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when engaging with customers.

• Ability to distill complex feedback into clear priorities and actionable requirements.

• Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with minimal guidance.

• Highly organized, driven, and focused on achieving deadlines.

• Open-minded and willing to challenge conventional methods.

• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

• **Strongly Preferred **

• Experience with ERP systems, commerce, SaaS, or similar business software platforms.

• Background in modernizing established or legacy software products.

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and software development processes.

• Experience leading distributed or offshore engineering teams.
