Senior Product Manager – Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of developing and enhancing Saipos's payment products, actively participating in the creation and optimization of payment flows as a crucial revenue driver for the organization.

• Track and evaluate payment metrics (TPV, take rate, conversion) to uncover opportunities for revenue growth.

• Advance the acquiring strategy to improve payment capture within our ecosystem.

• Design and implement experiments aimed at optimizing the conversion and monetization of payment flows (POS, kiosk/totem, and app).

• Identify and minimize friction in the payment journey, enhancing performance and increasing transaction volume.

• Investigate new revenue streams (receivables anticipation, financial services, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong emphasis on financial outcomes (revenue, margin, and transaction volume).

• Experience with payment-related products (Pix, card payments, acquiring, etc.).

• Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions using metrics like TPV, take rate, and conversion.

• Proven experience in testing and scaling initiatives that create tangible business impact (beyond mere feature delivery).

• Business insight to comprehend trade-offs between conversion, cost, and margin.

• Capability to structure problems, identify opportunities, and prioritize with a focus on impact.

• Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, finance, and commercial/sales).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to work in short cycles with continual value delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience with digital products.
