Senior Product Manager – Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance a variety of payment rails across designated methods and geographical areas.

• Lead integration efforts with partners and nurture relationships with payment processors, acquirers, and banking associates.

• Propel ongoing enhancements in authorization rates, settlement speed, and overall user conversion.

• Work in collaboration with fraud and compliance teams to guarantee that payment processes align with security, regulatory, and operational standards.

• Initiate UX improvements through structured experimentation and insights from customers.

• Ensure payment functionalities are scalable and flexible across our consumer app, professional trading app, and external interfaces such as on/off-ramps.

• Utilize data to guide prioritization, monitor performance, and iterate towards superior outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience, particularly in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.

• Extensive knowledge of payment systems and rails, including bank transfers, card networks, and/or alternative payment methods.

• Experience in both backend systems (e.g., payment orchestration, API integrations) and user-facing features.

• A robust customer-centric approach, emphasizing simplicity, trust, and conversion within payment flows.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, fraud, compliance, and operations teams.

• Proficient in working with data to define and assess product impact.
