Senior Product Manager, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Payments strategy and P&L. Establish the direction for Aiwyn's premier product and be accountable for the outcomes.

• Manage the product roadmap. Determine what to develop and the sequence of implementation, prioritize decisively, and deliver solutions that firms will adopt.

• Oversee our banking and payments partnerships. Cultivate and maintain the relationships that facilitate processing and financial transactions.

• Engage deeply with customers. Collaborate with firms, manage key accounts, and transform insights gained into product successes and customer retention.

• Collaborate cross-functionally for execution. Partner with a dedicated execution PM, engineering, and design teams to deliver products, while also coordinating with sales, customer success, and marketing to successfully launch them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management.

• Background in payments, fintech, or money movement: you possess a solid understanding of processing, billing, or banking partnerships, enabling you to make strategic decisions without needing an onboarding period.

• Proven experience managing a product as a business: you have handled strategy, roadmap, and can point to a revenue or P&L result.

• Exceptional product roadmapping skills: you can identify which challenges are worth addressing, prioritize effectively, and communicate your rationale clearly.

• Strong execution capabilities: you are adept at shipping software, ensuring team alignment, and making adjustments when obstacles arise.
