This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop scalable systems tailored for intricate workflows:
• Design solutions that enhance the journey of patients and internal teams through vital processes, from intake to care delivery and follow-up.
• Build systems that are operationally scalable while remaining user-friendly and straightforward.
• Enhance processes via products, APIs, and automation:
• Identify bottlenecks, points of failure, and manual tasks throughout the patient experience and internal operations.
• Transform these insights into product enhancements, API-driven functionalities, and automations, including AI when beneficial.
• Take ownership of cross-functional execution on significant challenges:
• Spearhead product initiatives that engage engineering, operations, billing, clinical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Leverage data, operational signals, and business context to pinpoint breakdowns in the product and operating model.
• Define goals, trade-offs, dependencies, and execution strategies in uncertain settings.
• Deliver user-friendly, high-quality product experiences:
• Collaborate with engineering and design to launch practical solutions with excellent usability and clear paths to adoption.
• Draft precise product requirements, engage stakeholders early, and assist in validation to ensure new features perform well in practice, not just in theory.
• Help shape the future of the product:
• Contribute to the roadmap in areas where product, process, service design, and automation are intricately linked.
• Provide a structured perspective on how improved systems can enhance patient experience and bolster business performance.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Over 6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, operations-oriented product roles, or similar positions.
• Demonstrated experience with complex products, multi-step workflows, or service-intensive systems.
• Proven history of driving cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in both French and English.
