Senior Product Manager, New Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Join the New Products team to spearhead strategic 0→1 initiatives from start to finish.
• Your initial focus will be on the major giving sector, which represents one of the highest revenue potentials in nonprofit fundraising.
• Success in this position will be evaluated based on the quality of decisions made and the speed of learning, rather than output volume or immediate adoption rates.
• Convert existing market research into a concise, written investment thesis for the initiative.
• Identify any gaps in data — such as pricing intelligence, willingness to pay, integration challenges, and behaviors of donors and gift officers — and obtain this information through primary interviews, secondary research, and analysis of the vendor landscape.
• Transition from thesis to validated hypothesis through the development of working prototypes.
• Validate the concept in three cycles each round: with major donors and their advisors, with enterprise nonprofits (including gift officers, CFOs, and CRM owners), and with internal teams (Sales, CSM, and Partnerships).
• Test and evaluate transactional, SaaS, and hybrid pricing models against evidence of willingness to pay.
• Develop the unit economics, including take rate, ACV, gross margin, and CAC payback.
• Collaborate with PMM, CSM, and Sales on product positioning and pilot pricing strategies.
• Share weekly updates on progress in the New Products channel.
• Mentor fellow POs and PMs in New Products on rigorous discovery processes, decision-making skills, and writing proficiency — elevating standards across the portfolio.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management (or 6 years in product along with 2 years in a related function such as engineering, design, or data), including at least 2 years focused on 0→1 or new product line development — not merely feature optimization.
• Proven experience in launching a new product line or business model that was previously non-existent, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments sectors.
• Extensive enterprise customer discovery experience — engaging with 5 or more decision-makers per cycle, rather than just conducting user interviews.
• Experience in managing a revenue model: conducting pricing experiments, analyzing unit economics, and validating willingness-to-pay.
• Ability to be the sole point of accountability for an initiative that currently lacks a dedicated team.
• Naturally AI-savvy; you don’t just utilize AI for document drafting — you create clickable prototypes, interactive demos, and lightweight validation tools independently using modern AI technologies. You can develop a testable prototype within days. AI is integrated into your discovery process, not treated as a separate productivity tool.
• Willingness to engage with a portfolio rather than focus on a single product. The major giving initiative will be your first assignment; if validation disproves the thesis, you will move on to the next strategic initiative in New Products.
• Private medical insurance for employees and their families.
• 23 paid vacation days annually.
• 11 paid public holidays each year.
• 5 days of paid sick leave provided by the company.
• English language learning courses available.
• Opportunities for relevant professional development.
• Access to a gym or swimming pool.
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company provides support for purchasing furniture (office chair, desk, monitor) and other items to create an ergonomic workspace.
• Co-working space options.
• Flexibility for remote work.
