This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Convert current market research into a concise, written investment thesis for the initiative.
• Determine the missing data — such as pricing intelligence, willingness to pay, integration limitations, and donor and gift officer behavior — and gather it through primary interviews, secondary research, and vendor landscape analysis.
• Maintain a centralized repository for the initiative: thesis, decision log, and insights.
• Transition from thesis to validated hypothesis by developing working prototypes.
• Create prototypes independently utilizing AI tools — clickable flows, interactive demonstrations, and scripted agents — and deliver and iterate them within days.
• Validate through three cycles in each round: with major donors and their advisors, with enterprise nonprofits (gift officers, CFOs, CRM owners), and with internal teams (Sales, CSM, Partnerships).
• Document each validation cycle as a decision memo with explicit criteria for termination.
• Evaluate transactional, SaaS, and hybrid pricing against evidence of willingness to pay.
• Develop unit economics: take rate, ACV, gross margin, and CAC payback.
• Present a refined, defensible model to leadership.
• Collaborate with PMM, CSM, and Sales on positioning and pilot pricing.
• Co-manage the customer advisory pipeline for the initiative.
• Provide GTM with essential artifacts: one-pagers, demos, and pricing rationale.
• Share weekly updates in the New Products channel.
• Keep decision logs and learning summaries updated.
• Document ineffective ideas in writing — ensure they don't linger.
• Mentor adjacent POs and PMs in New Products on discovery rigor, decision-making, and writing skills — elevate the standard across the portfolio.
• 8+ years of experience in product management (or 6+ years in product plus 2+ years in a related function — engineering, design, or data), with a minimum of 2 years focused on 0→1 / new product line development — not just feature optimization.
• Successfully launched a new product line or business model that previously did not exist, preferably in the B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments sectors.
• Conducted in-depth enterprise customer discovery — engaging with 5+ decision-makers per cycle, beyond just user interviews.
• Managed a revenue model: including pricing experiments, unit economics, and validation of willingness to pay.
• Comfortable being the sole point of accountability for an initiative without an established team.
• AI-native by default. You not only utilize AI for drafting documents — you also create clickable prototypes, interactive demos, and lightweight validation tools independently using modern AI technologies. You can deliver a testable prototype in a matter of days. AI is integrated into your discovery process, not just an auxiliary productivity tool.
• Open to joining a portfolio rather than focusing on a single product. The major giving initiative is your initial mandate; if validation disproves the thesis, you will pursue the next strategic initiative in New Products.
• Private medical insurance for employees and their families.
• 20 paid vacation days annually.
• 15 paid public holidays each year.
• 5 company-paid sick leave days.
• English language learning courses.
• Relevant professional development opportunities.
• Access to gym or swimming pool facilities.
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company provides support for purchasing furniture (office chair, desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
• Co-working options available.
• Opportunity for remote work.
