Posted 6 days ago
This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• You will be part of the New Products team, taking charge of strategic 0→1 initiatives from start to finish.
• Your initial focus will be on the major giving sector, which represents one of the highest revenue potentials in nonprofit fundraising.
• Major donors, comprising the top 1–5% of contributors, account for 60–90% of revenue for enterprise nonprofits, a substantial market that remains largely underserved by digital fundraising solutions.
• You will work within a portfolio context rather than on a single product — the major giving initiative will be your starting point, but your responsibilities will encompass the broader New Products portfolio.
• Your success in this position will be evaluated based on the quality of your decisions and the speed of your learning, rather than the volume of output or immediate adoption rates.
• Provide weekly updates on progress within the New Products channel.
• Keep decision logs and summaries of learning experiences.
• Guide and mentor other Product Owners and Product Managers within New Products on rigorous discovery practices, effective decision-making, and writing skills — elevating standards across the portfolio.
• A minimum of 8 years in product management (or 6 years in product plus 2 years in a related field such as engineering, design, or data), including at least 2 years focused on 0→1 or new product line development — not merely feature optimization.
• Experience in launching a new product line or business model that was previously non-existent, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Conducted in-depth enterprise customer discovery — engaging with 5 or more decision-makers per cycle rather than just conducting user interviews.
• Responsible for a revenue model: including pricing experiments, unit economics, and validating willingness-to-pay.
• Capable of being the sole point of accountability for an initiative that currently lacks a team.
• Naturally proficient with AI tools. You not only use AI for drafting documents but also create clickable prototypes, interactive demos, and lightweight validation tools using contemporary AI technologies. You can produce a testable prototype within days. AI is integrated into your discovery process, rather than being a separate productivity enhancement.
• Willingness to join a portfolio, rather than focusing on a single product. The major giving initiative is your first task; if validation disproves the initial thesis, you will proceed to the next strategic initiative within New Products.
• 31 days of paid time off.
• Comprehensive telemedicine plan fully funded by the company.
• Assistance with home office setup: the company provides support for acquiring furniture (such as an office chair, desk, and monitor) and other items to establish a comfortable workspace.
• English language courses available.
• Opportunities for relevant professional development.
• Access to a gym or swimming pool.
• Co-working space options.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
