This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish and lead the CRM product strategy.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap for lifecycle monetization and CRM-driven advertising capabilities.
• Discover new avenues to monetize Fandom’s first-party audience signals across various lifecycle channels.
• Create strategic frameworks that align lifecycle engagement with advertiser value and foster long-term revenue growth.
• Oversee intricate cross-functional initiatives that involve Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Ad Operations.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders to deliver scalable lifecycle monetization solutions.
• Serve as a pivotal product leader connecting technical teams with revenue organizations.
• Design and enhance CRM-enabled products that facilitate sponsored lifecycle campaigns, audience activation, and personalized engagement.
• Spearhead integrations across marketing platforms like Iterable, Braze, or other similar lifecycle marketing systems.
• Establish systems for audience segmentation, signal enrichment, and campaign targeting.
• Utilize experimentation, analytics, and data science to optimize product performance and validate product hypotheses.
• Introduce new monetization capabilities that expand Fandom’s advertising platform and provide unique offerings for advertisers.
• Identify ways to unlock new revenue streams through lifecycle engagement and audience intelligence.
• Continually enhance lifecycle monetization capabilities to maximize fan engagement and advertiser return on investment.
• 6–10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within advertising, marketing technology, CRM platforms, or consumer engagement products.
• Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, CRM platforms, or ad-supported digital media sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to establish product strategy and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in building or scaling products related to audience segmentation, personalization, targeting, or marketing automation.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a background in utilizing experimentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral data to guide product decisions.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable technical products.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence both technical and business teams.
• Capacity to work independently in ambiguous settings and drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Entry Salary = 202,000 PLN
