This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Articulate a comprehensive product vision and mobile strategy to senior leadership, proactively engaging stakeholders and anticipating potential concerns.
• Independently oversee sprint planning, scoping, and execution for the App, prioritizing the roadmap based on business value, opportunity sizing, and significant user pain points.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in UX Design, Research, Lifecycle Management, and Platform Engineering to define user journeys and deliver personalized experiences and notifications for App users.
• Foster alignment and eliminate friction across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams, translating complex mobile requirements into clear specifications that balance technical scalability with delivery speed.
• Partner with Content Technology and Data Science to incorporate next-generation AI and LLM-powered features directly into the mobile experience.
• Proactively address risks and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines, ensuring high-quality product outcomes are consistently delivered on time.
• Design and evaluate sophisticated A/B tests to validate mobile features, enhance conversion rates, and guide long-term app development.
• In collaboration with product analytics, accountable for reporting key performance metrics to executives.
• Over 6 years of product management experience, demonstrating a successful record of achieving measurable business outcomes in a mobile-first or app-centric setting.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs, with a comfort level in collaborating with engineers on complex implementation decisions.
• Capable of independently solving complex problems using structured frameworks and data-driven insights.
• A customer-centric approach, with experience in synthesizing user feedback and research into prioritized product requirements.
• Proficient in defining success metrics (KPIs), analyzing performance, and leveraging quantitative/qualitative data to inform decision-making.
• Outstanding storytelling abilities, with the capacity to tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
