This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Member Management, which encompasses identity, authentication, access and permissions, the member lifecycle, and tenant management.
• Propel the advancement of passwordless, adaptive authentication methods (such as passkeys, eIDs, enterprise IDPs, and SSO) along with step-up verification for sensitive actions.
• Develop a multi-tenant, multi-region identity system that allows partners and banks to launch swiftly while enabling members to transition seamlessly between tenants and organizations.
• Streamline the member lifecycle from start to finish by automating HRIS synchronization and just-in-time provisioning, ensuring that joiners, movers, and leavers maintain appropriate access.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to fulfill the authentication, access-control, resilience, and auditing standards required by banks and regulated institutions.
• Create the permissions and entitlements model that will serve as a foundation for other Pliant domains.
• Prepare the platform for AI agents operating as governed members, ensuring verifiable identity, defined permissions and limits, and a comprehensive audit trail.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, identity/security, or platform-centric environments.
• Experience in identity and access management, including authentication, SSO and IDPs, permissions and RBAC, provisioning, or a strong enthusiasm for delving into this domain.
• Strong technical proficiency: able to engage in discussions about authentication flows, multi-tenancy, integrations, and system-design trade-offs with engineers.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity, create structure, and make informed decisions without complete information.
• Familiarity with fintech trust and compliance standards (e.g., PSD2) is a significant advantage.
• Experience in coordinating with large partner banks or other enterprise stakeholders—aligning requirements and timelines while ensuring project delivery remains on schedule across organizations.
• High sense of ownership, a proactive approach, and effective cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
