Senior Product Manager – Member Management

Posted Jul 31

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Member Management, which encompasses identity, authentication, access and permissions, the member lifecycle, and tenant management.

• Propel the advancement of passwordless, adaptive authentication methods (such as passkeys, eIDs, enterprise IDPs, and SSO) along with step-up verification for sensitive actions.

• Develop a multi-tenant, multi-region identity system that allows partners and banks to launch swiftly while enabling members to transition seamlessly between tenants and organizations.

• Streamline the member lifecycle from start to finish by automating HRIS synchronization and just-in-time provisioning, ensuring that joiners, movers, and leavers maintain appropriate access.

• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to fulfill the authentication, access-control, resilience, and auditing standards required by banks and regulated institutions.

• Create the permissions and entitlements model that will serve as a foundation for other Pliant domains.

• Prepare the platform for AI agents operating as governed members, ensuring verifiable identity, defined permissions and limits, and a comprehensive audit trail.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product management or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, identity/security, or platform-centric environments.

• Experience in identity and access management, including authentication, SSO and IDPs, permissions and RBAC, provisioning, or a strong enthusiasm for delving into this domain.

• Strong technical proficiency: able to engage in discussions about authentication flows, multi-tenancy, integrations, and system-design trade-offs with engineers.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity, create structure, and make informed decisions without complete information.

• Familiarity with fintech trust and compliance standards (e.g., PSD2) is a significant advantage.

• Experience in coordinating with large partner banks or other enterprise stakeholders—aligning requirements and timelines while ensuring project delivery remains on schedule across organizations.

• High sense of ownership, a proactive approach, and effective cross-functional communication skills.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

🏝️ Benefits

• An opportunity to be part of a growing team with significant responsibilities that fosters a robust exchange of knowledge and a commitment to excellence.

• Competitive compensation package.

• Choice of preferred operating system, either Windows or Mac.

• A flat organizational structure and open communication within a relaxed yet professional environment.

• Opportunities for personal development within a dynamic team with ambitious objectives.

• Flexible work arrangements, including the option to work remotely.

• Monthly mobility allowance.

• Wellhub Membership.

• Pliant Card with a monthly credit to explore the product and enjoy meals with colleagues.
