
Senior Product Manager – Member Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the member experience product backlog and aid in the development of the roadmap: prioritize, define scope, launch, and evaluate enhancements to the core product (home screen, logging, goal setting, content, interactions with the care team).
• Lead A/B testing and fast-paced experimentation to enhance engagement, activation, and retention metrics.
• Oversee bug triage and ensure the quality of the member experience; guarantee a reliable and high-performing product.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to maintain product momentum, resolve delivery obstacles, and manage technical trade-offs.
• Convert client requests and stakeholder feedback into well-defined product work while maintaining the quality of the member experience.
• Own and track member experience metrics, including engagement, retention, churn, activation rate, and NPS.
• Create, manage, and report on dashboards in Looker and PostHog; set up a regular data review schedule and ensure insights are shared.
• Examine user behavior to pinpoint friction points, drop-off trends, and areas for enhancement.
• Design and analyze experiments; present data-driven recommendations to product and leadership discussions.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to develop and refine UX enhancements, ensuring member-first thinking in all product decisions.
• Work with clinical teams to confirm that product modifications support care delivery, medication management, and coaching workflows.
• Team up with other PMs to facilitate a smooth transition from enrollment to the core experience.
• Coordinate efforts with marketing to enhance re-engagement and lifecycle messaging.
• Communicate updates and insights clearly and consistently with cross-functional partners throughout the organization.
• Contribute to the Vida 2.0 vision by highlighting insights from current product performance, member feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Assist in establishing user research infrastructure: recruit participants, support moderated testing, and synthesize findings.
• Aid in concept validation and prototype testing for next-generation member experiences.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in delivering consumer or patient-facing digital products.
• A proven history of enhancing engagement, retention, or activation metrics in a mobile or web product.
• Strong analytical skills: proficient with SQL, product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar), and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
• Excellent communication skills across functions: capable of collaborating effectively with engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with changing priorities.
• A clear and concise writer who can simplify complexity into actionable product documents.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health: chronic care, telehealth, behavior change programs, GLP-1 management, or similar fields.
• Knowledge of personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-enhanced product features.
• Familiarity with behavioral design frameworks (BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, nudge theory).
• Experience with React Native or mobile app development processes.
• Background in B2B2C products where a balance between end-user experience and enterprise client needs was necessary.
