Senior Product Manager – Media Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic direction and roadmap for our media processing and delivery capabilities, focusing on both user-facing features and the essential core technologies and infrastructure.

• Identify and assess new opportunities to enhance user and customer value.

• Collaborate closely with your cross-functional product team to discover and implement solutions, with support from Product Research and Product Marketing.

• Work in tandem with other teams within the product organization to ensure that new capabilities being developed are accurately represented in the platform.

• Expected to transform a robust media delivery foundation into a commercially recognized capability within the first year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software product management, ideally with a focus on technical, platform, or infrastructure-intensive product areas.

• Comfortable working on products where customer value relies on close collaboration with engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of APIs, scalability, reliability, performance, architecture, or developer experience.

• Capable of translating complex platform capabilities into clear, usable products.

• Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term platform investments with the quick delivery of concrete customer value.

• Adept at navigating ambiguous environments with numerous stakeholders and dependencies.

• Tenacious and driven with a strong perspective, able to make trade-offs, and willing to challenge and be challenged.

• Natural collaborator who works closely with engineers, DevOps, adjacent product teams, Product Research, Product Marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders to shape a strategically significant product area.

• Experience in media processing, asset delivery, CDN, video workflows, or developer-oriented products is a considerable advantage.
