📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Doctor Success strategy and its outcomes.

• Co-manage the essential success and health metrics for the marketplace customer base, including retention, churn, and the reduction of zero-booking (“zero-UB”) doctors.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to ensure doctors succeed from onboarding through to renewal, effectively linking profile configuration with booking results.

• Create tailored success journeys for various customer segments, specialties, and levels of maturity.

• Manage the business logic that determines how doctors and clinics are ranked, matched, and displayed in marketplace searches and listings.

• Balance patient experience and relevance with doctor outcomes and commercial goals, establishing the guardrails to maintain this balance.

• Develop evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and experiments to assess and enhance ranking quality continuously.

• Oversee the roadmap and business logic for our paid visibility products, including First Class (premium placement) and Media360 (managed patient-acquisition media).

• Clearly communicate the value of these products to customers, ensuring the ROI is evident and repeatable.

• Utilize SQL and analytics tools daily to independently address inquiries, evaluate opportunities, and substantiate decisions without relying on others for data.

• Transition swiftly from research and discovery to validation, launch, and iteration using AI-assisted workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Patient Marketing, Engineering, Data, Design, and country teams to achieve impactful results across markets.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research to guide decisions and enhance customer outcomes.

• Contribute to the evolution of our marketplace and AI-native product practices, uplifting the broader product organization.

• Proven capability to convert business logic into ranking, scoring, or matching systems, with clear reasoning about trade-offs.

• Strong analytical and experimental skills; adept at making data-driven decisions and defending them.

• In-depth understanding of the metrics driving a subscription marketplace, such as churn, retention, engagement, activation, ARPU, and lifetime value.

• Experience in managing or improving retention and engagement metrics for a customer base, rather than merely delivering features.

• Comprehension of two-sided marketplace dynamics and the balance between supply-side outcomes and consumer experience.

• A robust AI-native product mindset, with practical experience using AI tools in everyday product workflows.

• Capability to swiftly transition from research and discovery to execution and launch.
