Senior Product Manager – Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle (end-to-end) for the global Fiat On Ramp and Marketplace Solution along with e-Commerce.

• Formulate product strategies that align with overarching global business objectives.

• Foster data-driven decision-making by converting insights into actionable product initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, risk, business development, and marketing) to deliver high-impact global features and ensure operational excellence.

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis across various regions to uncover emerging trends, regulatory considerations, and local product opportunities.

• Team up with business operations to create solutions that boost product conversion and user engagement.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the quality of the product experience.

• Operate independently as an individual contributor (IC), showcasing strategic ownership, execution discipline, and proactive leadership in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably with a background in payments, trading, or Web3 ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate, global product launches that yield measurable business outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills — adept at utilizing data and experimentation (A/B tests, funnels, cohorts) to inform strategy.

• Solid technical comprehension; comfortable engaging with backend, API, and app engineers.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across various regions and time zones.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, capable of managing multiple projects with minimal oversight.
