Senior Product Manager, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement hospital programs to effectively promote Edwards products and services to stakeholders, including sales representatives, clinicians, and hospital administrators.

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive plans, including strategies, tactics, and content for primary hospital optimization and capacity programs.

• Execute, evaluate, and refine program developments while planning for future enhancements.

• Foster strong and impactful communication.

• Create and update program content based on clinical evidence, best practices, and input from faculty.

• Design marketing materials to convey information to hospitals and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with field teams, country marketing teams, and program deployment managers for the effective use of the materials.

• Provide training to all content users for effective delivery.

• Oversee healthcare professional (HCP) engagement within the program.

• Implement the program in designated locations.

• Manage budgets associated with program marketing activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare marketing, or a Master's degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in English is required for performing the duties of this role; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Demonstrated success in marketing and project management.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding relationship management abilities with a focus on achieving objectives.

• Extensive knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience, with an understanding of hospital programs and their challenges.
