This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept and discovery to launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Convert customer requirements, market trends, and business goals into well-defined product specifications and prioritized roadmaps.
• Perform competitive and industry analysis to uncover opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential risks in the life sciences sector.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and customer-facing units to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Maintain and communicate product roadmaps, fostering transparency and a shared understanding across the organization.
• Monitor product performance using established metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business and user objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, industry experts, and subject matter authorities to collect insights and validate product direction.
• Assist in go-to-market planning, including messaging, positioning, and activities to ensure launch readiness.
• Ensure product features and workflows comply with relevant clinical research standards, including RBQM and oversight expectations.
• Promote a collaborative and innovative culture across cross-functional teams.
• Assume additional responsibilities as business requirements evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Comprehensive understanding of the clinical research environment, including RBQM principles, regulatory expectations, and operational processes.
• Strong proficiency in product management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Proven analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (advanced/fluent English communication skills).
• Demonstrated leadership qualities that foster confidence, accountability, and creativity.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in life sciences, clinical technology, or software development (management experience in life sciences or clinical technology is essential).
• Experience in maintaining and communicating product roadmaps.
• Practical experience in launching and managing software products, ideally those involving RBQM, centralized monitoring, or oversight solutions.
• Proven track record of managing products throughout their entire lifecycle.
