Senior Product Manager – LATAM Based

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the SeedTrust roadmap and ensure it aligns with business goals and market demands.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from strategic prioritization to crafting detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Serve as the key expert on the SeedTrust portal, gaining a thorough understanding of system dependencies to avert "domino effect" errors in our legacy code.

• Establish and uphold high standards for Agile ceremonies, turning chaotic JIRA boards into organized, predictable workflows.

• Act as the main point of contact for engineering teams (led by our Tech Lead), converting complex business inputs into clear technical specifications.

• Create structured frameworks, decision logs, and precise scoping to ensure the engineering team operates with complete clarity.

• Collaborate closely with Business Operations and Engineering to eliminate obstacles in the SeedTrust rebuild.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in SaaS, Fintech, Banking, or Escrow sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in remote roles based in LATAM for U.S. companies.

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, with a track record of organizing and streamlining complex backlogs.

• A technical background (preferably an Engineer or a degree in Computer Science) to effectively collaborate with a senior engineering team on system rebuilds.

• Experience in legacy code refactoring or system migrations is a substantial advantage.

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSPO or similar certification is beneficial).
