AI Product Owner – Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete process of identifying and implementing AI use cases.

• Serving as the product owner and delivery lead for AI conversational agents and various automation projects.

• Collaborating with consulting teams, functional leaders, and technical groups to outline workflows.

• Monitoring emerging technologies and their releases (e.g., Microsoft, OpenAI).

• Developing and sustaining a framework aimed at enhancing efficiency through AI.

• Facilitating capability development and change management, training colleagues and advocates to embrace new tools.

• Contributing to thought leadership in the realms of AI, innovation, and responsible technology deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep knowledge of AI and data technologies (including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative and agentic AI).

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional AI or digital transformation programs.

• Proficiency in mapping business processes and pinpointing automation or augmentation opportunities.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, integration tools, and principles of ethical AI.

• Strong background in agile delivery and managing vendors/partners.

• Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation abilities.

• A proven history of delivering measurable results, beyond mere pilots or proofs of concept.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or Operations Management (or equivalent).

• 5–10 years of experience in AI project delivery, digital transformation, or technology-enabled consulting.

• Certifications in AI/ML, Agile, or Change Management are advantageous.

• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
