Product Management Lead

📋 Description

• Accountable for collaborating with leadership to define the technical strategy of the program

• Acquire insights into personnel management

• Assist leadership in collaborating with colleagues to fulfill delivery objectives

• Develop communication and leadership abilities to effectively oversee direct reports

• Engage in interviewing prospective candidates and creating/assessing assignments

• Oversee hiring, performance evaluation, timecard assessments, PTO management, and team growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 9 years of relevant experience

• More than 2 years of experience in mentoring and coaching

• Proven ability to communicate and lead initiatives to support project delivery

• Demonstrated experience in managing technical and backend projects

• Capability to obtain and maintain certifications such as CSPO, CPM, CSM, or other related credentials

• General knowledge of government contracting standards and regulations

• Experience in deploying AI-driven productivity tools to optimize team workflows
