• Take ownership of a product area from start to finish: Responsible for its strategy, roadmap, and measurable results.
• Make clear prioritization choices that balance merchant benefits with business impact.
• Define and advocate for the roadmap: Collaborate with the VP of Product to determine the sequence of development, basing every decision on market insights, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
• Lead discovery efforts: Engage deeply with commercial and technical teams to uncover genuine merchant and partner needs, translating raw insights into well-articulated product opportunities.
• Establish and manage success metrics: Define what success looks like for your product area and hold yourself accountable for outcomes beyond just delivery milestones.
• Connect strategy and execution — work alongside Product Owners to ensure requirements are transformed into structured, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can confidently implement.
• Rigorously manage the backlog — review and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring every item entering the pipeline has a clear rationale and is appropriately sequenced according to strategic priorities.
• Facilitate smooth merchant go-lives — provide the onboarding team with the product context and knowledge necessary to create effortless launch experiences.
• Influence the product culture — contribute to the development of the broader product function as BR-DGE expands its team and practices.
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a software or technology setting, with a history of overseeing the complete product lifecycle from high-level strategy to delivery.
• Extensive understanding of the PayTech / FinTech landscape with significant experience addressing complex merchant requirements, whether gained in-house or through strategic alliances.
• Advanced knowledge of merchant workflows to effectively connect commercial objectives with technical developments.
• Familiarity with payment orchestration, gateway infrastructure, or e-commerce technology platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate product vision, lead roadmap prioritization, and communicate the 'why' effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools like Jira and Confluence in a delivery context.
• Capability to manage competing stakeholder demands with confidence, diplomacy, and clear reasoning.
• Commercial awareness - you recognize that effective product decisions are based on both customer value and business impact.
• A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in how AI and emerging technologies are transforming product management.
• Background in iGaming, gambling, or sports betting is a plus.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
