• Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative strategies aimed at optimizing revenue cycle processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing revenue recovery across the DOD enterprise.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements, overseeing the product roadmap to guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Formulate product initiatives that align with project performance and value statements/goals.
• Engage with stakeholders and leadership to outline technical and business priorities, driving solutions that cater to customer needs and adhere to government compliance standards.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and management of Revenue Cycle capabilities as approved by the client, which enhance and support the deliverables.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all revenue cycle-related tasks when applicable, interacting regularly with program leadership, the government, vendors, and other business partners to improve vendor and contract processes, resolve issues, foster relationships, and ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Aid in the effective delivery of vendor changes, ensuring compliance with defined requirements, standards, and change protocols.
• Monitor, track, and report on vendors directly or indirectly involved in the MHS Genesis Revenue Cycle implementation, across various classifications of integration required by their contracts.
• Collaborate with government and program leadership to establish, implement, and oversee SLA performance of critical vendors.
• Provide regular performance reports regarding vendors to leadership.
• Keep program leadership and affected parties informed of all vendor-related changes, including status, risks, and issues, as needed.
• Partner with the government and/or program compliance team to develop and sustain the vendor audit process, establish performance goals and objectives for critical project vendors, and monitor the achievement of those targets.
• Drive vendor management process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities and recommend efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Communicate the findings of contracts and vendor management process improvement initiatives, along with recommendations for process improvements, to the government and program leadership.
• Maintain a comprehensive vendor contract matrix log and conduct satisfaction surveys with each business owner.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a US Citizen with the capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in IHT Revenue Cycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in cross-functional EHR/IHT project management.
• Extensive knowledge of EHR revenue cycle systems and health business office operations, including patient accounting, professional and institutional coding, patient registration, and claims processing.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to understand and document business, clinical, and Revenue Cycle processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clinical and administrative teams, revenue cycle and operational customers, and vendors.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to navigate complex revenue cycle and technical projects, with a commitment to meeting project milestones.
• Capable of managing project implementation teams and individuals, monitoring deliverables to ensure milestones are met within budget.
